50% to the cause of my choosing? Sounds great! How does it work?

Great question!

50% of the profit of every sale (after print production cost) will be donated to your cause directly. 

To accomplish this we have 2 options:

1. Specify the cause of your choosing upon checkout and provide a link and any specific details I will need to ensure it goes exactly where you desire. I will email you a confirmation receipt of the donation directly to you shortly after.

2. If you wish to donate to your cause directly for tax purposes or any other reason, Contact me through the check out process (see image above) and specify that you wish to do so. I will email you the 50% total to donate. Reply to my email with a receipt confirmation of the 50% donation to your cause and I will then refund the 50% amount that you have donated back to you.

The current products listed can ship to: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, UK

U.S. and countries not listed please contact directly through the contact page to discuss, prints, sizes, shipping, and costs. I will need to make a custom product order for you to purchase through. 

 

What type of print process do you use?

Colour prints - Type - C printer - Fuji Film Matte/Gloss 

Black & White prints - Giclée printer - Hahnemühle Bamboo paper

 

Why Hahnemühle Bamboo paper for B&W?

Its environmentally friendly and beautiful fine art B&W paper!

Can I chose specifically to use Fuji Matte vs Gloss for Color Prints?

Yes, reach out directly through contact page before placing the order if the default setting listed on the product is not your preference. See example below:

 

 

Can I request a specific type of paper?

Yes, reach out directly through contact page before ordering so I can make a custom product for you to order from. Papers available:

Colour - C-Type Printer - Fuji Matte, Fuji Gloss, Kodak Mettalic, Fuji Flex 

Black & White - Giclée printer - Hahnemühle Bamboo, Hahnemühle German etching, Hahnemühle Pearl, Hahnemühle Photo Rag, Canson Baryta Gloss, Canson Aquarelle Rag, Epson Semi-Gloss

If I already have ordered but want to adjust paper or Matte vs Gloss is it too late to adjust?

Most likely. Reach out ASAP via the contact page after submitting to the order so I can potentially cancel it before it is printed/shipped.

 

Can I request a print in a smaller or larger size?

Yes, of course. Please reach out directly via contact page to discuss options and pricing before ordering to discuss pricing.

 

 Do prints come with a border?

 Yes, by default all prints listed on the site will come with a .5 inch border, which adds 1 inch to the total width/height.

Why do you use a border?

 For safe handling of the fine art print and for ease of mounting and framing.

 

Can I request that the border be removed, or its size reduced?

Yes, no problem. Please reach out through the contact page before ordering so I can make a custom product for you with your specifications.

 

Do you mark up shipping?

No, the shipping costs listed at checkout are flat rate from the printing company and not marked up in anyway. 

 

Can I request a signature on my print?

Yes, this may add additional time to receiving your order and come with additional expense. Please reach out directly through the contact page before ordering to discuss further details.

 

Are prices negotiable?

Potentially. Ultimately my goal is to raise money for the cause you care most about. I am open to discussion so reach out through the contact page if you want to discuss something regarding this. 

 

What happens if I would like to return this product?

If a print is damaged, or the order is in some way defective, the printer will send a replacement print free of charge, and cover the delivery costs of a replacement. (Print will need to be returned to studio for inspection)

Alternatively, if you wish to receive a refund at this point the printer will need to have inspected the print, confirmed the defects, and emailed me with a notification that the production costs will be refunded to me.

If you don't wish to have the art replaced I will then refund the 50% of the profit of the sale to you.

Please note: The other 50% of the profit that has already been donated to the cause of your choosing will not be refunded.

 

Are you open to selling images on different products i.e. T-Shirts, Posters, Gallery Wraps, Stickers?

Yes, Shopify apps connect my store to all kinds of product options. While I prefer to sell my images in fine art print format, I am keen to raise money for your cause. Reach out directly through contact page to discuss your idea.
